The St. Anastasia Gardening Angels are volunteers who help with working in the gardens at the school and church. Please consider spending a few hours a month taking care of the parish grounds.
You can do this as a family activity if that works. If your kids need service hours, this can count towards those, but we are asking that the kids be supervised by an adult when they are working
If you have perennials you can split and bring from your yard to donate, or if you just want to buy some plants at a nursery and donate them, that would be great too! Also, if anyone can purchase and donate weed preventer (such as Preen) to sprinkle it around the areas after they are weeded, that would help TREMENDOUSLY.

Jim Ratajczyk has been a parishioner of St. Anastasia for 46 years. Jim is the Parish Librarian, an usher, a member of St. Anastasia Bingo, the Parish Prayer Network, a Minister of Care and a past member of the Pastoral Council. Jim lives in Wadsworth with his wife, Jean. They have two adult children and are enjoying the addition of a new granddaughter.
