Rob began learning the art of card magic in 1973. He is a Magician who has lived and worked in Chicago, Illinois since 1987. Rob is a member of the Society of American Magicians and the International Brotherhood of Magicians. He specializes in performing interactive close-up magic with playing cards.

Vinyl Highway Band is a five-piece band based our of Elmhurst, IL with over 35 years of professional experience performing a distrinctive blend of "#1" hit classic rock music of the 60's and 70's - just like the original artists themselves. The band consists of Vic Lombardi, Peter Mayer, Carl "Stormy" Piper, Rob Van Daal, and Ron Smejkal!

Chris Sipos, accomplished guitarist, singer, songwriter who plays sax, bass, clarinet, keyboards and mandolin playing in great bands such as the Downhome Sophistics, Soy and Blues Deluxe, Hosting open mic for over 10 years in Waukegan.

Rachel Young, singer with a classical background lured by the siren song of rock & roll music! An avid fan of local music, she started the Nook Cafe's Open Mic strictly behind the scenes. She now performs and is singing with Chris and the band Soy!
